Our History

Established in the year 1965, Mead & White Electrical Contractors Inc has been serving Northern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan with their high-quality electrical repair services.

Colip Electric was a long-standing electrical business that was founded in the year 1901. It was purchased by Mead & White Electric in the year 1987 and now continues to provide outstanding electrical repair service as Indiana's division of Mead & White Electric.

All of our electricians are members of the IBEW and are up to date with changes in technology, industry, and safety requirements. Additionally, our management team has extensive formal training and progressive industry skills.

Our employees are also OSHA certified and have gone through arc-flash training, NEC updates, and toolbox talks. In addition to that, we give our employees continuous education in the field of safety and keep them posted about the changes occurring in the dynamic policy of safety in the electrical industry.
